New Media Dimensions (NMD) was founded in January 2001 by me, Stephen Aiena, to formalize my growing consulting business.

At that time, I had worked with digital technologies for over 15 years, I had just completed my work with SloMedia, and my wife, Bonnie Richan, and I were anticipating the springtime birth of our first child, AnneMarie Richan Aiena.

I wanted to continue to extend my technical and creative skills while adopting a work schedule allowing time for my new daughter's upbringing. Establishing New Media Dimensions fulfilled both of these goals.

Additionally, my work through NMD has brought me in closer contact with the beautiful community in which I live. Whereas my previous work focused on global markets, NMD provides me a welcome opportunity to serve the needs of local businesses, organizations, and individuals.
